Requirements
NAT Staff
NAT staff will be reponsible for the maintenance and access control of documents. NAT staff shall be able to:
- edit documents via Google Docs
- control the display of documents served by natPortal
Access control is not a concern, as it would be impractical to sync Google Docs’ access control system across natPortal’s user accounts due to differences in email addresses and the complexity of permissions for new objects.
natPortal User
natPortal users will be able to view structured links to the files which they have been granted access to.
